Delivery & Returns
We offer 3 methods of delivery for SUAVE OWL online purchases:
Local Pick-Up from SUAVE OWL shop – FREE
Standard Delivery - £4.50
Next Day - £10.00
Next day deliveries must be ordered before 12:00 to be received next day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
Local pick-up from SUAVE OWL must be collected within 5 days.
All items are sent via third parties. Tracking numbers are provided. Packages require a signature upon delivery.
SUAVE OWL cannot be held responsible for any unfortunate events of delayed delivery or loss from the third-party shipping company.
Working within the parameters of the third parties refund policy, we will work with any unsatisfied customers to ensure appropriate refunds are processed in due course.
Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund. If returning by post please use the Returns Form.
Online orders must reach us within 14 days of customer receiving.
Any orders received after this time frame will only be eligible for exchange.
Local pick-up orders will be automatically refunded after 10 days if not collected.
Please note that debit/credit card refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach the customer once processed by us.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-sellable condition. Footwear must be in the original box and undamaged. Footwear returned not in the original box or without any included accessories will not be accepted. Underwear is non-returnable.
All Sale, Clearance, End of Line or Last Chance items are returnable for exchange only. No payment refunds will be given. In the case of no suitable exchange, a credit note will be issued.
When returning goods, they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post. SUAVE OWL does not take responsibility for goods lost in the post. We advise to insure goods accordingly.
SUAVE OWL does not cover the postage cost of returning items nor the shipping cost of the original order under any circumstances.
Any items returned as faulty are sent on to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed faulty by the manufacturer, a full refund will then be issued.
All orders shipped from SUAVE OWL are checked to ensure pristine condition. Therefore, any items returned to us marked or soiled will not be accepted.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
