RETURNS

Please return all items with the suave owl returns form attached 

If you are unhappy with your goods we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 28 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-sellable condition.

Suave Owl Menswear do not cover the cost of returned items and also can not refund the carriage charge of the original order (unless the product/s are deemed faulty)

All faulty returns are sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed faulty by the manufacturer, a full refund will then be issued.

When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post. If returning footwear it must be in it's original box and undamaged. Footwear returned without the original box will not be accepted unless faulty.

ALL ORDERS ARE DOUBLE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT THEY LEAVE IN PRESTINE CONDITION, THEREFORE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK BEING MARKED/SOILED

Note that Suave Owl Menswear does not take responsibility for goods lost in the post, so insure goods accordingly.
