Delivery & Returns
Please return all items with the suave owl returns form attached to enable us to process as quickly and effectively as possible for you.
If you are are not satisfied with your purchase/s we will issue a replacement or refund assuming items are returned to store within 28 days* of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-sellable condition.
*Online orders must reach us within 14 days of customer receiving. Any orders received after this time frame will be eligible for exchange only and not a payment refund.
’Click & Collect’ orders will be automatically refunded after 10 days if not collected. Sale or clearance items will be refunded to a store voucher as they are not eligible for cash refunds. Please note that debit/credit card refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach customer once processed by us.
All sale or clearance items are returnable for exchange only. No payment refunds will be given. In the case of no suitable exchange items a credit note will be issued.
When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post. Suave Owl Menswear does not take responsibility for goods lost in the post. We advise to insure goods accordingly.
Suave Owl Menswear does not cover the postage cost of returning items nor the shipping cost of the original order in any circumstances.
Footwear must be in the original box and undamaged. Footwear returned not in the original box or without any included accessories will not be accepted.
Underwear is non-returnable.
Any items returned as faulty are sent on to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed faulty by the manufacturer, a full refund will then be issued.
ALL ORDERS WHICH ARE SHIPPED OUT FROM SUAVE OWL ARE DOUBLE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT THEY LEAVE IN PRISTINE CONDITION. THEREFORE ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO US MARKED OR SOILED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
