Speakeasy - VIP Launch Night.

On a typical end of May British Bank Holiday Sunday we prayed that the soggy sprinkles falling before midday would be long gone come the evening. Thankfully it wasn't in vain! The weather held out for the VIP Launch Night of our 'Groom's Room' come suave speakeasy and a great time was had by all.

Entry was guest list only with access to the hidden bar via our menswear shop Suave Owl on Temple Street in Keynsham, Bristol. Upon arrival guests were escorted through the shop, where they each received a discount voucher for their next clothing purchase, and out to the stylish speakeasy venue where they were treated to a complimentary cool beverage.

As all of our guests were wowed by the interior decor of the cosy bar area, compliment after compliment was gratefully and humbly received. Many an interest were peaked by the quirky pieces strategically placed to ignite conversations between strangers and friends alike. The images of Keynsham High Street in a time long ago went down a storm with the locals.

Outside in the courtyard area the serenading sounds of Chris Elwood and his guitar were very much appreciated by everybody and he is sure to make regular appearances for future events at the venue. Conversations flowed as well as the carefully selected drinks from behind the bar. And as the evening came to an end each person left knowing that they were amongst a privileged few.
